Introducing… Time for Change!

Composite Approach is passionate about people. We are excited about our innovative clients and empowering them to achieve their goals by helping them turn their ideas into tangible form. We are fervent about our employees and supporting them as they grow as professionals and as individuals. Because we are passionate about people, we felt that it is imperative to move beyond the endeavors of composite manufacturing to support our employees and those that we come into contact with in our daily lives.

We are thrilled to launch a new venture with the goal of having a positive impact on the lives of those in our sphere of influence. As an organization, we will collectively give our time to make a positive change in the lives of our employees’ friends, family members, and neighbors. Naturally, this ongoing initiative will be called “Time for Change.”

Once a quarter, a designated selection committee will decide upon an employee-identified need within our community. Once an idea is selected, the individual who proposed it will lead a team in meeting that need. We plan to give employees the opportunity to take part in a service project based on their experience and expertise. They will be paid a normal workday’s wages to contribute their talents toward bringing about a positive change in someone’s life. We plan to engage with one service project per quarter, and hope to eventually be able to complete one project each month.

We are thankful for the success of our business, and we hope to steward our gifts well by giving back to our community. It is exciting to bless others with what we have ourselves been blessed with!
